Contact us if you have any questions about how to size an item. If you feel you have been sent the wrong size or there was an error in the size chart you may request an exchange for the exact item you purchased in a different size only and authorization must be obtained first. For health purposes – Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
